If I could give more than 5 I would. I've been trying to get approved for refinancing my hoe for a while and pretty much most lenders if not all were not able to approve me, but Mariem did it and not only I was approved but the whole process from filling out the application to closing was very smooth and really quick. I closed on my new home less than 2 weeks ago after going through multiple disappointing outbidding incidences. The fear of housing future uncertainties with unprecedented rising home prices and interest rates made my first home search experience nerve wrecking. As my loan officer, Ms. Mariem Bennett was both my therapist and loan officer. She took some time to explain to me how the whole process works, what was expected and generally encouraged me to be patient but tenacious in my home search. Overall it was a decent experience, I’ll give it a 4 star for getting the job done but wish some things were done differently. First time home buyer’s so everything was pretty new & a lot of information up front but needed more of a step by step process but that’s just my opinion.
